Dobby. - gandalf - 05-04-2016
Server (Surf Combat/Surf FFA DM/ Jailbreak/ FFA DM): Jailbreak and 1v1.

Date & Time: 5/4/2016 and 2 days prior
Map: 1v1 inferno nana map and jb_peanut_v3nws.
Witnesses (if any): have a few of my own team members who were on the 1v1 who herd if you want there details there ingame names are zayvenn and blizz.
Evidence: all over mic couldnt get it recorded as i dont record my gameplay.
Reason for abuse report:
First of all, we were on Jb_peanut_v3nws as a warden trys to give calls i see a sonic open up the cells and run, so i proceeded to follow to see who it was, to tell an admin that he opened the cells griefing the round. when i turned a corner dobby proceeded to put a bullet in my head saying that i was too close and i was in knifing distance which no command was given about knifing distance,i reported it to prince who was on at the time and Grom, apparently i was knifing him but if i was i wouldve hit him if i was in knifing distance. Second time was today 5/4/2016 where i entered 1v1 server to play on the INVEX 1v1 server instead of other ones, after played abit dobby proceeded to call me a "fucking wog"
which i responded with go fuck yourself. he then proceeded to say ill ban you on jailbreak if you go jump on. i told him to go to jailbreak and ban me as i went to meet him there he still didnt come on. As i rejoined 1v1 i asked him why didnt he come to ban me, he responded with "i couldnt be bothered" and or something along those lines. there was alot of noise couldnt grab what he said then properly. after awhile he proceeded to call me a fucking wog after i killed him. saying noone likes me on INVEX community. tbh im sick of racism of any sorts. its not his first time and wont be his last. the witness of the second offense are part of my team who were on the server at the time. the admins who i have spoken to this situation about partly or fully, are Prince, Grom and Luke. thank you for reading hopefully this will bring light to any other kind of racism on this server that needs to get cleaned up.

Dobby has also been extremely abusive to me in Jailbreak and he has also been punishing me extremely higher than other people (favoritism). Whenever i join ct or go warden dobby always has to make a stupid immature comment towards me which isn't needed. I know he is new to admin and he is only learning but i am just putting all this out there. One example of favoritism was today i was muted for 5 minutes because i was explaining to one of the guys that was killed why he was killed, he also slayed me today for killing him because he was meant to be crouch walking and he jumped and said that warden never said i couldn't jump when i could clearly he was also standing up and then told me 'shut the fuck up and get on with it'. He is extremely abusive!
Also how dobby opened the cells was because prince was warden and dobby asked for it prior to that round. He even laughed in mic when this happened.

gandalf has reported these incidents to me and I have spoken about it through with him, he's a really good friend and I know he wouldn't get pissed off for no reason.
First of all regarding the JB map incident, I played my part as the Warden and I wasn't sure/didn't see who exactly opened the cells without my permission (while I was trying to give orders). I was just confused but gandalf messaged me saying he witnessed Dobby. That's all I know of.
Second incident, gandalf reported to me as soon as this happened. I wasn't there to witness it because I was on JB instead but I told him to write an abuse report if he feels like it's needed.
I just wanna say,
I'm against any serious racism/abuse against other players. It's cruel and isn't fair.
Like I stated when joining the Admin team, I just wanna keep a good flowing vibe in the community, and that's just not right.
I'll leave this to Staff & G-Admins to settle.

Im not on anyones side here. Screenshots/Video/logs? all i see here is he said she said and chat thats copy pasted from steam chat. Personally from my experience with the two involved was that gandalf is very nazi on the rules but also quick to jump down someones throat the moment they do something against him. Ie someone says gandalf freekilled and a shit storm of swearing goes down. I've seen dobby be a bit mad here and there before admin but nowadays he's usually calm and i can't see him threatening to ban someone on jb for things that happened on a different server.
