If you check his warns too, they were continuous within the past few days & some within a short amount of time frame. I gave him multiple text/verbal warnings to stop the nonsense, and even mentioned that he should read the !rules. I was lenient also to give him MANY "last chances" because apparently he came from Garry's Mod, but yet he still wouldn't listen. Unfortunately, the trouble just kept continuing.

Is "mute this guy" or "ban him" on its own really abuse?
Or is it just a request for a rule breaker to be punished

If you get that many warnings you will eventually be given an extended ban.
Please read the rules and follow them, if you disagree with them you can make suggestions to improve them via our forums (post in suggestion section or jailbreak section).
I don't see the need to take any further action at this point but will wait for others to respond.

EDIT: I never called you any names whatsoever, please don't give false reports. The only thing I continued to do was WARN you multiple times and giving you Last Chances. That's all.
