Why do you want to be an admin on Invex Gaming?
I am extremely active on JB and i see so much rules be broken! Whether it's ranging from a small vent camp or a mass freekill i would be handle the situation in a proper and appropriate way. I have been on the server for about 3 months and i have dedicated my whole CSGO account to Invex Gaming as i love to play on the servers and socialise with all the players. When i first joined Invex Gaming i continued to look up to admins and i watched them and how they would treat a problem and i will continue to do this. Thankyou for taking the time to look at my Admin app!
Any +1 would be greatly appreciated and also -1 with some feedback that I can improve on.

+1 knows the rules and active, has improved his attitude and would be helpful when a lot of people are on the server

TBH his a good player, tho sometimes he can be abit immature, Be older than 15 years old. (or be mature enough for us to make an exception) he sometimes is old enough to be mature tho sometimes his not as his 14.Tho he does play a lot so idk it will be a neutral from me :/.

You have potential to be a good admin.
However just taking notes of you from the last two weeks. You are involved many situations that look poorly for you.
My suggestion is, If it isn't you drop the ones who are causing problems & drama around the community. Show us what you can do over the next 2-4 weeks then reapply.
After that if i can see consistency from you. 1+ all the way.

You had done some good things here and there but you need more time
Like what trident said 2-4 weeks is the time span where you have to prove it us you are going to consistently be mature enough for admin and not in short periods

You're a good kid @"SneakyStovell", though there are also many occasions throughout your time on Invex that would deviate from "good".
In my honest opinion, give yourself some time to mature and develop on handling situations better.
At the moment it's a -1 from me.

Thankyou for all of your responses. I have started trying to improve off of what you guys have said. I will re-apply in about 3-4 weeks until i am happy with how i have progressed. Expect to see better things from me from now on.
