Remove weapons during Jumping Contest. - accel - 09-04-2016
There have been countless times where people pick the Jumping Contest in LR just to knife or shoot someone in the back to get out of doing LR. I propose that weapons should be dropped and cannot be picked up when doing Jumping Contest. It completely bypasses the meaning of Jumping Contest.

Grom thats nocproblem th ct loses his weapons in knife battle aswell so doesnt really affect gameplay, Trident alot of people hide in a place a ct cant reach easily and just play jumping contest and kill people one by one.even if they remove weapons a t can still use his knife to stab the ct because u cant remove that of him thats just slack, maybe they should have an option if the ct wants to be teleported or not like a vote if ct agrees with teleporting to the t he can go, but if he disagrees he is allowed to verse the t without teleporting

Made this thread before with discussion about Lr and someone suggested to just remove jumping contest which I think is a good idea.

Jumping contest is broken anyways...
I mean there's nearly no chance the CT can win.
You should make the Jumping Contest teleport both players to the T and then have a timer before it starts, therefore making it FAIR.

It's practically an exploit. If the last CT alive gets killed by it there's nothing to be done about it.
It's stupidly easy to abuse, I think removing weapons from it will fix the problem entirely.

i dont like this as Byte has stated its a right for a t who has survived a round to be able to rebel when ever they want

Denying this for 2 reason. We'd need to rewrite the LR module (time consuming for byte) and as a T you get that benefit having lived until the end.
