Can we move the Forum Rules Thread and make it stand out?
I believe that its important to have newcomers on the forum to be able to read the rules without having to go through the trouble to search for the rules.

Yeah I agree, maybe make it on the top panel with the Forums Tab etc

Its now in the top bar under Extras.
Keep in mind that when you sign up to the forums you get a 'Welcome Private Message' that also links to the forum rules.
