They were all stacked and he fired into the pack with his negev, as you can see the dead bodys on the ground.
I can post the video but it is very laggy and did not actually capture the freekilling just the aftermath.

He killed around 10 yes. They were on the beam and he was knifed and he started killing all the other T's as if they were rebelling also. It isn't fair to the other players that just want to play and he was laughing while he was killing them.

Alright, i was half alt tabbed in the forums when this happened, so sorry if i don't have all the details, but yes he did mass freekill. From what he said when he was questioned he said that someoene tried knifing him and then he shot everyone, basically everyone on the server was a witness to it.
