Over time had broken a decent amount of rules
Abuse report was not needed to be made but I made a mistake with the ban
Players was meant to be banned for 2 hours
But I accidentally put no number in when I wrote it up and permanently banned him

Yeah, he mistakenly didn't put a number in the ban. It was supposed to be a 2 hour ban.
