Advice needed. - moist - 15-04-2016
well ive been thinking about applying for admin and I meet all require ments but I am 13.5 years old and I have the most annoying voice. so im just wondering what u guys think. if I have a chance to get it or if I should wait till my ballz drop. idk advice pls. say anything. I will use all comments as feedback to improve.

I am going to make this clear before I say why you should/shouldn't be admin
AGE DOES NOT NECESSARILY EQUAL MATURITY
YOUR VOICE HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH WHETHER OR NOT YOU GET ADMIN
IT IS YOUR ATTITUDE, HOW YOU SHOW YOUR MATURITY TO THE SERVER AND HOW COMMITTED TO THE SERVER THAT AFFECTS YOUR APP
Okay now here is how I will do it
1 positive point = a +1
1 negative point = a -1
1 neutral = 0
Positive:
You are willing to make the commit
You are active enough for the job
Negative:
How you have shown your level of maturity is not good, you have went and bullied someone to the point of them crying
You have not learnt the rules properly ( from what I have seen from you)
Along with rules you have been warned about you potentially being banned for breaking rules ( gun spam)
Neutral :
decently active on forums
you do try to fix your mistakes
My answer is -1

well like idk anymore about anything like I was bullied for 5 years straight but now its turned me into a bully coz I cant take it anymore so sorry how I have treated people but this may be why
