I feel like a lottery system should be put into Jailbreak but only admins should be able to start lottery's and they can choose what the entry fee is. Then a winner is ovbiously picked out of the people that entered the lotto?
Forgot to mention to enter it will use credits.

Sounds like it could work but the credit system does give a lot of credits and either way... it is a prison where LOTTERY don't exist
