Hey guys,
Before i even start typing this, im just saying that this is an idea that i have. I want to see everyones thoughts/opinions, and i would appreciate it if anyone who views this thread, gives their full thoughts and not say something different because they dont want to be "rude". I dont want anyone to make something up, beacuse they dont want me "upset".
Okay now lets get to the point, this thread is to see others thoughts on me going for admin. THIS WILL BE IN THE NEAR FUTURE (before people think im going for it any time soon). Anyway back to the point. I would like to apply for admin later on, in my "invex career".
For this next little section, i would like to give credit to Masta as i am kinda using his layout on his forum post: https://www.invexgaming.com.au/showthread.php?tid=1918
I know that i dont need to give credit as people have done this kind of post in the past, i just want to make sure there is no one judging me for "plagiarism"
Anyway here is a list of all the pro's and con's :
Pros :
- - I am extremely active, averaging 8-12 hours (per a day) in the last week.
- - When treated with an argument or someone who is being abusive/angry/annoyed at me, i handle the situation calmly, and never get heated. (Admins who are normally online, the same time as me will confirm this)
- - I have previous staff experience, and understand situations well.
- - Don't hold grudges, and treat all members of the community fairly. (wether it is a new player or an admiin)
- - When i'm confronted with either criticism or abuse, i dont "break under the pressure" i take the situation seriously and try to defect the situation in the best manner possible.
- - To this date, am friends with countless amounts of players on the server, and seem to have a huge friendly base with everyone on the server. This is helpful as players tend to listen to others whom they agree and like, compared to someone unfriendly/unliked.
- - Never had any problem with admins, or any members of staff- Always happy to listen to thoughts/opinions of others, and implant their ways/thoughts if it improves others experience on the server
Cons :
- - My mic sometimes cuts out for no apparent reason, and i have no clue why.
- - I sometimes gift credits out and i have had a message or two, for people asking for credits and saying that i favouritise people.
- - Every now and then i accidently do something wrong like freekill or free wound, as im trying to kill a rebeler or someone disobeying rules, (this results in certain people getting annoyed at me)
- - I can leave jailbreak for a little bit to eat or text people or whatever, this results in people thinking im "not complying with orders or ignoring them"
- - I do like to prove a point. This can lead to excessive amounts of typing, which some people may think i am spamming chat, ect.
Thats about it on my thread, at the start i asked for peoples opinions, i also want to apply this little "rating chart"
+1 = You agree with me being a great addition to the staff team / you support me and think i might make a positive impact on the invex community. (also include what your thoughts are towards your decision)
-1 = You disagree with me being apart of the staff team / you think i would have a negative impact on the invex community. (also include what your thoughts are towards your decision)
Thank you for your time, this took me a decent amount of time to make, i hope you treat this seriously and put some thought into your opinion.

Also want to mention there is various spaces/little mistakes as the thread seemed to not work with me, even after editing it the past 6 times (before posting) .....

I haven't had the pleasure to play with you enough yet to make a judgement but so far you're an A class bloke and the fact you took an hour to wright this proves you need admin.

Alright, so @"OhhNate". You no life the server, although I think that you will need to wait a bit before a applying as you still sometimes free kill but you slag anyway. So all g. But yeahhhhh, so In the end I would give ya a +1 as you follow the rules and the correct procedures when something goes bad. There is also the fact that when you get abuse is thrown towards you, you seem to defuse the situation, and not get heated. This is a great quality as some palyers rage, abuse and get annoyed/ heated at the player, whereabouts you are calm and collective about the situation
EDIT: Alright, if you are ever going to apply for admin you seriously need to fix your ct skills. You freekill to much, don't pay attention to warden's orders, way to kill hungry and just nazi every round maps that it is quite difficult to rebel on because plain and simple, to kill hungry. You also have to stop giving orders that coincide with each other, such as Unstack and Buttzon Freeze (Someone may stack into you, you unstack and you get shot for not being button frozen).
