Hi Invex staff team
I am very angry the fact Ownaj did not even get a ban and only a 10% warning

He is causing ongoing problems within the community and is not getting a sufficient punishment.
Here is the issues he is causing
- He was demoted for being immature and abusive
- Harassment against players including myself to entice a reaction causing other players to get in trouble becasue he is careful what he does/says over chat/mic
- I spent my time and effort putting this abuse report again as you guys requested and you literally do nothing about it
Things he did
- Clearly stated "I was looking for a reason to kill him" - Breaking rule of favouritism and freekilling
- Called me a nigger, cunt, retard - Breaking rule of offensive abuse
- Continuously ranted on about me reporting him saying nothing will happen
He also lied to @"Mclovin" saying I did infact call his work, which isn't against the rules but surely it hindered their decision. I will be calling his work and record it to confirm I did not call them, also a call to his school to advise of his behaviour will be my next step if he does not get a harsher ban.
This is unacceptable and I am wanting a re-review, note this is not an attack on/at admins - this is an appeal for you to re-review the evidence I have supplied becasue it clearly has not been handled properly

Trident Byte Hello World I feel this review should be done from an outside party(Trident, byte or Rem) becasue there is too much personal relationships between Ownaj and the admin and global admin team and I felt that hindered the outcome.

The admin that dealt with your last report hasn't got close ties to Ownaj and is a Global Admin. There's only so many Globals you can pick out as biased, but at the end of the day the Globals know what they're doing and are not biased, and I maintain that I'm not biased, but that's beside the point.
As I told you about 5 times on the day I banned you, threatening to call his school to interfere with his private life isn't going to help you in your case.
You know full well that actions provoked this behavior and whilst what Ownaj is doing isn't acceptable, neither was what you did.
You were let off the hook easy, and you now believe he has been - I'm not seeing how this is unfair between you two.
Accusing the entire admin team save for the Staff and a single Global of being biased isn't a great idea. It's a one-use trick, cut it out.

I have not accused the entire admin team of anything.. being bias is normal for humans. I did not personally attack Mclovin I just feel it should be dealt with higher up and I have the right to my opinion and a lot of people agree with my opinion. calling his school/work is out of invex I have the right to do it and it has nothing to do with you at all. You seem to have taken what I said out of context. I said that was my personal opinion but abuse reports are handled as a collective. As such I still support their decision in their punishment. I said if you had further details about the punishment to contact Trident as he appears to have managed the report.
It should also be noted the admin team will handle the report. There is no one specific person you can request to handle it. Also consider being more polite to people on the forum.

After reviewing this again. I'll admit i had given Ownaj a light punishment due to member status.
However within saying that being a member and & Ex admin. you should know the rules better.
Next time. What i've given you below will feel light.
Within saying that.
We will be moving his Forum percent to 50% for Extreme Player harassment.
He will also be banned from the server for 1 day.
And will also be serving a 3 hour CTBAN from CT side.
