I don't think you quite understand what Raspberry Pi's are, nor how Networking Works.

They are capable of quite magnificent things, I myself modded one and 3D Printed a case and use it as a mobile Kali Linux machine.
I've seen many people use them on home made quad copters, as a media box, even as tracking devices.
But, from my understanding of what you are trying to do with them is a little far fetched. What you are essentially trying to set up is whats called a WAN.

I suggest doing some research on Wide Area Networks (WAN's), research on Raspberry Pi's, and general Networking.
