Rules he has broken:
Freekilling
Refusing to acknowledge surrender
Ordering/Killing during !LR
Not listening to LR rules

I was in hotcell, he said hotcell ass on bars I run straight to it and he shoots me at the door saying I wasn't there.
Refusing to acknowledge surrender -
I was afk and I said "I was afk, can I come back I have no weapons." No response just a bullet to the head. Rules state he must acknowledge me.
Ordering/Killing during !LR
Ownaj is very immature and mutes me as soon as I join the game. I gave my !LR rules then he says "You gave no rules" and knives me.
Muting people while on T
Muted me then killed me

Demo if supplied at all will show this is completely bogus. i muted him for good reason. unmuted him during lr times for rules of games etc.
Demo will also show he was swearing, trying his hardest to get some form of reaction out of me by spamming rules and calling me names and such. "killing during lr" completely wrong. his rules were no jumping he started jumping which means he broke his own lr rules which makes him rebellious. so i ran up to him and knifed him. "Ownaj is very immature and mutes me as soon as I join the game." This is to stop fights and pointless arguments from arising, How is this immature? "refusing to acknowledge a surrender" I refused his surrender and killed him. Happy to comment when a global/staff/admin reviews demos.
Edit: didnt comment at all about the "hot cell" what happened was i said ass on bars hotcells he ran to grab gun according to rules i can give 2 seconds he didnt return to cell door by 2 seconds maybe 4/5 so i killed

Ownaj did nothing wrong. Just another sad troll.
He killed you due to you delaying heavily in the round. By camping in a cell after our !lr had finished.
As there were only 3 people in game, it's a little sad that you would camp in a cell while the others waited, just to be a master xd hehe troll.
Ownaj handled it well.
During their !lr in a previous round, Ownaj was subject to a blatantly broken !lr rule, so as you'd expect, he knifed Prescotti.
He personal muted him. I don't blame him to be honest.
