Josh's admin app - Josh - 21-05-2016
I feel like I would make a great addition to the admin team because my long hours and activeness on invex servers (Jailbreak mostly). With the 500 hours I have on Jailbreak I have watched many admins on how they deal with a situation appropriately. I have been very eager to apply for admin as I would love to help out the other admins on Jailbreak and keep the server friendly. Thankyou for reading my Administrator application.
All feedback will be taken into account and will help me to improve with negative feedback and also show where my strong points are.

Since your last admin application, it seems that you have taken the feedback very well and I have noticed improvement within the past few weeks.
I sincerely hope that it continues because honestly, none of us would want to see you screw up again.
You've been VERY active to the community/servers, and you're a great jailbreak player + know the rules.
I personally, would like to give you a chance because I feel you could make a great admin, so I'll give you a +1.

You decently mature and yes you do know how an admin operates.
I can't really anything negative I could say which is why this is a major
+1 .
Btw to other admin who will comment , even if there are a few negative points about him we should still put him on trail and see how well he does

-1 Maturity is lacking has good activity but the times i see him on i see many fights and alot of yelling over others and talking scrutinising everything players do wrong instead of helping its mocking.

Has definitely improved since your last admin app and has taken the feedback well,
Very active player, which is a really good thing for being an admin
The only thing u need to work on is mic usage and when/how to use it, otherwise all good
+1 lets see how he goes

+1 Hes changed from when he was le " Andypandy " and his attitude is a whole lot better, he knows the rules would be a great addition to the team, good luck

Since you where the annoying "andypandy" you have matured and gotten a lot of people to like you so +1 from me. And also before the application gets more popular edit the application and make the thing into an essay :p
