user was blatantly aim hacking with an ak. extremely shaky crosshair that was locking on.
this is NOT a false abuse report. @ha reported him to me and i spectated him and further confirmed with @"agonyzz".

Can confirm, crosshair was going nuts but shots still directly hitting the head.
