Admin Aplication - DESTINY - 06-06-2016
I believe I should be admin because I'm very active, know all the rules and just want to help out the community in general.
I have been playing Invex for maybe 4 months now and over the time I have seen great admins such as Prince @"Nate" deal with things and have learnt a lot from these guys about how to deal with bad situations.
I'm currently on JB 24/7 and mainly on the times from 7am-3pm (NZ) in these time there are rarely admins on in my opinion and I would be a great help to stop rule breakers and mic spammers in these times.
I love to help out newbies on the server ie if someone doesn't know how to lr or someone doesn't know what the special day is ect I would give them time for me to explain and for them to get it.
I would not be biased to friends ie if a friend is abusing someone or breaking rules they would receive the exact same punishment as anyone else would.
Someone of my flaws when playing JB is that I can get mad at people who free kill which I'm going to try improve on over the next couple of weeks. I think I could also be more active on the ts and get to know more of the community other than JB

Edit: on my mic situation should be getting a working mic in about 2 Days. I figured to apply before it comes so admins will have time look at it.

+1 Nice, Friendly, Knows rules, active. But the only problem is no mic (which can be fixed easily)

Its kind of a necessity atm for admins to have mics, They need to be able to sort out problems and communication is a huge part of that. Not being able to communicate other than typing impedes that ALOT.

Thanks @"KinG" Ownaj I'm in the process of getting mic so hopefully that issue is fixed soon! (Around about 2 days)

If ur getting a mic then +1 hes reaally active knows the rules friendly and I think would be able to make tough decisions that admins have to make

Ehh. I don't know you well enough. Also, you never CT/Warden which makes you prone to make decisions biased towards Ts. Trust me, wait a little longer and start to play ct you will appreciate them a lot more and understand the struggle of being a ct. -1 for now.

I use to play CT and warden before my mic broke.

Communication is such a big issue on the server so you getting a mic is amazing. To be completely honest, you are a great guy, always nice, friendly active and you have a real positive attitude towards everything (from what i've seen). But there is a slight problem about you only just getting your mic, i feel as of now, you can't get through to people and people don't listen to you (as you type in chat) so when you first start talking on the mic and dealing with problems that would reveal a lot of aspects (admin qualities, leadership skills and how you deal with situations). Right now i want to +1, but i would like to wait until you get your mic and see how you deal with problems. For now i will be neutral. I will add something on to this post in a few days (if it isn't declined or accepted) after i see you use your mic and deal with problems
