Ownaj report - DangersClose - 14-06-2016
So recently i have been reported by Ownaj. I am a reguler player and i don't usually have any issues with people but at this point it has gotten out of hand and every time he is online he is giving me warnings and muting/gagging me.
FIRST TIME - About a week ago
So a last week he muted for for 15 minutes because we where button frozen for over a minute and i used mic and shouted for the warden to give us orders, after asking for orders once and being ignored i asked again and that is when i got muted. I got no warning or anything and a 15 minute mute is pretty insane for me only asking twice and not even being loud. I then asked Ownaj why i was muted in voice chat via normal chat when he died and he would not give me any reason, i asked a second time and i got no response, out of frustration i typed in chat "What a bad admin", i was then gagged for 30 minutes. I contacted Gandalf via steam chat (you can ask him this he was there the whole time) and i told him what had happened and asked him if it is worth making a abuse report for and he said "probably not". So i listened to Gandalf and just let it go. I have no evidence of this event but thought i would chuck it on the report anyways.
SECOND TIME - 13/06/2016
So we where playing on the Canyon Waterfall map and it was a hunger games, i was playing the round at the invis box under gun room. There was about 5 people left as i made my way to the big doors that open to outside, i saw someone in medic and shot him with my awp. I then carefully continued to head toward the elevator that leads to the top of the waterfall. As the elevator was about to reach the top the beacons came on to actively hunt, at this point there where only 3 of us left. As soon as the elevator reach the top i started walking toward the top of waterfall room checking as i went, I heard gunshots and looked down outside medic, one of them was in medic and the other was on the roof next to medic, i had clear vision of both of them. I shot the one on the roof and then continued to attempt to shoot the one in medic, i missed about 3-4 shots then killed him and won the hunger games. As soon as the round ended i celebrated and Ownaj said in voice chat "Dangers i should of slayed you for not actively hunting, and i will next time" I asked how i was not actively hunting because i was shooting them the whole time and could see them the whole time and he muted me. I then asked why i was muted a few times and he gagged me and gave my account a warning. So according to ownaj if you can see someone long range with a awp you have to keep moving toward them at all time until you are knifing range. And even if he is right how can he mute/gag me for 30 minutes and give my account a warning for just asking him how that is not actively hunting.
THIRD TIME - 14/06/2016 ~11am
We where playing with about 6 or 7 people on the server and some new guy that was still learning the ropes freekilled it was clearly a accident and he was sorry about it once he knew he could not do that and he swapped to T to learn better. Someone had messaged ownaj about the freekill and then ownaj came online 5 minutes late and yelled at him and said that he can't do that (fair enough) and that he can't punish him because he did not see it. 10 minutes later of playing we where all having fun playing he said to the guy he killed "Hey i'm really sorry about freekilling you i did not know". All was well and good but then ownaj says over mic "SO YOU ARE CONFESSING TO THE FREEKILL THEN?" myself and 3 others all said on mic "SAY NO"/"Don't say you did it he will ban you", ownaj then says "*NAME* Did you freekill?" i then said "No he didn't, please don't be a cunt to him dude". The noob guy said "yes i did but im really sorry" and then instantly ownaj mutes me for 15 minutes and gives me a second server warning, i asked in chat what i even did because i was not sure at this point and his said "You got got the warning and mute for lying about a freekiller and calling him a cunt (I never called him a cunt i said "please don't be a cunt to him")". I then said that i never called him acunt and that you can't give me a server warning just for saying he did not do aynnthing, he then gagged me for another 15 minutes.
I don't really have much evidence except for the few photos attached, there is the server demo's but i could not manage to find the right map for some reason, ownaj has told me that he can supply demos to all these times so maybe he can help resolve this for himself by posting the demo (if he dares).
I know he most likely will not get in trouble for this but i have noticed there are a lot of abuse reports on him so maybe this will add to the bunch of stuff and when he most likely abuses again he might get punished. When i warned him that i would make a abuse report he seemed to be very cocky about it as if he is the owner of the server or something.
He seems to have a attitude that imo does not suit a admin, he rarely helps new players or anyone for that matter. I think there should be a evaluation of his admin.

1. Luke a global administrator already said you were wrong.
2. I don't remember the first time.
3. This "second time" you were delaying a round (Confirmed by luke) According to the rule S8: Players must actively hunt other players at 8:00 on FREE FOR ALL DEATHMATCH DAY and HUNGER GAMES DAY. You camping the top of dam for 30 seconds is not actively hunting. i did not initially warn you i verbally said "thats techincally not actively hunting dont do it again" you then argued with me for the next 5 mins about it so i warned you for it.
4. "third time" I joined with reports that jetura was freekilling because "i killed him the round before" I asked jetura did you freekill when i wasn't on? He was in the middle of replying when you shouted over him "no he didnt dont be a fucking cunt dude." He admitted to it in which i muted you for 1. lying about a rulebreak and calling me a fucking cunt. You then proceeded to spam chat with things like: Why did you do that? Why did you fucking mute me? I told you why multiple times and you continued so i gagged you.
5. "When i warned him that i would make a abuse report he seemed to be very cocky about it as if he is the owner of the server or something." I told you to do it as you were wrong on every count. Luke also said that i was in the right and did nothing wrong

You're upset because i punished you the night before and then this morning started to try get a rise out of me and cause problems because of it.

Your whole argument is essentially you just saying "luke agreed with me" Luke was not on when any of this happened and i did not even get to tell him my side of the story. You voice commed him when i was dead so i could not say anything and you only told him half the story and made yourself look good.
I was ontop of waterfall for no more then 30 seconds that is true BUT the whole time i could see both remaining players and was shooting at them and they where shooting at me as they could see me as well. The rule is that you must "hunt" The definition for hunt is search for someone or something, i did search and i found them and was actively trying to kill them, how do i hunt for something i have already found? I was NOT sitting up there waiting for them to come outside they where outside and i was shooting at them the whole time i was up there and i never lost sight of them.
If i am asking you about why you muted how about you say something like "If you keep asking me/spamming me i will gag you". How are we meant to know you want us to stop if you don't say anything about it.
When you muted me after defending the new guy i did NOT Spam chat, i asked you maximum twice and that is hardly spam. And once again if you don't want me to ask you and you don't want to answer because you know you are wrong don't just gag me ask me to stop asking. learn to give warnings.
And could you please assist in posting the demo. You said in game that you have every demo from every time we have played and i can not seem to get access to these demos. I can assist you with the dates and times of these events. If you are innocent you should have no issues in helping get the demo out and let it speak for itself.
I would like to add how strange it is that i never have problems with any admins and that Ownaj is the only one that consistently has "issues" with me.

Find the relevant demo and post the exact name of it. Most recent demos are toward the bottom. It should be easier seeing as you have the dates. Post relevant time stamps of the demos and i'll review the it and give a verdict. Thanks.

Description: This is for the Third time section, as you can see i was not talking over him and i was not even being that rude so it did not warrant the mute and warning. Also after watching the demo i realise that immediatly after he mutes+warnings me he says "Stop fucking with me cunt before i ban you". He continues to say thing like "Don't fucking lie to me about people breaking rules" and you can hear the anger in his voice at me so you know his mute/warning was not just and just because he was angry.

You're lying about what someone was doing to an admin as im trying to figure out why i have 4 messages about a freekiller and someone needs a perma ct ban. Constantly talking over him telling him to lie to me.

Mate the demo speaks for itself, you messed up. I never spoker over him so can't be "constantly". And it was hardly a lie, Also if had already been on the server for over 2 rounds at this point and where playing like normal so you where not even actively trying to interrogate this guy.

I clearly state when i join i cant do anything if i havent seen it. So i ask him a few rounds later "did you freekill" and he said yes. I only let him off with a verbal warning not to do it again after i muted you as you kept talking as im trying to interrogate him.

Masta i don't really get what you mean? On surf i get maybe 1 rwport of someone actually doing something wrong per map. Per round on jb i get about 5/6. I dont get what you mean.

Description: Demo speaks for itself, i WAS acticly hunting through the whole beacon period of HG and Ownaj just is too up himself to admit he was wrong and warns/gags me. Also notice after i killed the 3rd last guy when im up at waterfall he shit talks my aim over dead player voice chat. The guy clearly does not like me and just abuses me.
