I'd asked hello world where to appeal for these warns and as far as i can remember he said to post here. I can move it if i put it in the wrong place. The admins were the ones that resigned and I have improved a lot in that time span, I rarely receive warns now

As I told you via private message already warns do not get removed. They expire when you reach 10.
You may only appeal a warn if you believe you have received them wrongly.
