So I was approuched as I used to do a Scammer Trolling Series.
I was sent a PM of a person named Jynnx and looked into it.
As I really don't troll via doing a buy method this is a bit odd for me.
I feel like this is not the biggest proof he is a a scammer but he says:

We don't deal with abuse reports outside of Invex servers, in this case steam chat.
Furthermore do not make DOX threats as that will lead to you being banned.
The admin team have concluded that this is NOT abuse.
