In hunger games not everyone has the same health and its kinda annoying because sometimes people can tank awp shots. Maybe everyone could have the same health

Similar to the Hunger Games in the book this is based off, some opponents, such as Cado, were very strong and tough (more HP), while others, like Rue, were weak and small (less HP). The Hunger Games is not meant to be a fair competition, it is survival of the fittest. And even if you get low HP one round, chances are you'll get high HP another round.
