Disable constant RTV'ing - Lunaei - 17-07-2016

There has been many times where they rtv many maps in a row, it gets really annoying.

What im suggesting is to make it you can rtv 1 map then it has to be played full and after that map you can rtv again
so its like you cant rtv constantly there is a 1 map delay

I voted for number two because I think that RTVing should be allowed. Maybe if we could get a 5 round minimum before you can start RTVing

just saying that the number can be adjusted.

Well.. Its not just a single person. Its a server-wide vote. If that's what people vote for then sure, change the map to whatever. What would happen if you got stuck on a glitched out map? You wouldn't be able to rtv.

-1 As ~~Riggsy~~ (BANNED) said it's a vote that the server makes, just because you don't want a new map doesn't mean everyone else doesn't.

-1, people should be able to rtv if they want to but i don't like when people spam in chat "RTV for credits" just for their opinion
