I don't have much information on this ban because as I have stated it was my brother (previous account owner) that had done anything against the rules, I feel like I should be unbanned because I have done nothing wrong. I don't really have much proff as to my brother being the previous owner of this account but I would be able to explain why he isn't any more if necessary.

Have a look for your ban in the source bans page here.
Use your details from the previous owner (as you have stated) to find your ban and then update the information.
