Ok to clarify this is NOT A REAL Admin app. I would just like to know what I need to work on so when I applied(most likely not soon) would need to work on. Please tell me If there is anything. Don't joke around because I need to know

What Squidward said is correct, not only will you get more, but it will also be more serious. Admins from your server group you are applying for will probably give feedback then as well. Probably not likely they browse the Off-Topic section very often.
