lew tried this 3 times before getting banned, each time he was warned verbally.

I can confirm that lew, both avoided a ct ban which was placed on him after he was muted and attempt to join the guards, and was verbally warned by Magikarp multiple times. He was given plenty of chances and clearly wasn't ignorant of the rule.

I watched the demo and talked to lew about this and he said he did exploit it, also saying it won't happen again.
