I would like to be unbanned because I regret being stupid and arguing with everyone all the time just to get a laugh, I'm not saying I'm not that person anymore, all I'm saying is that I know the consequences and wont be stupid like that anymore.

abusive towards players and admins, also giving out personal info. (straight from the source-bans)
The admin who banned you is no longer admin due to resignation or demotion.

in my defence i was not the one to release the information initially, i did not search it up or anything. i just saw it in the chat. Also adding onto that, i was told his full name and details were publically on his steam account and lennys just searched it on facebook and clicked the first one that popped up

Well, it's been a long time... Can't we give him another shot? He said he's improved and regrets what he did, can't we just put him on a 1 chance only period just to see if he's changed?

from what i remember i always followed the basic rules of the game, I never disrupted gameplay. it was just communications

Another thing too add is that you weren't here when this happened and I don't think you understand really anything about what he actually did. Anyone can act in an unban request like they regretted it and all that. (Not saying that you don't regret it)
