SURF RULES UPDATE - Tick - 17-10-2016

Right now the surf rules are really basic, and we feel we need to update them.
Hopefully soon most of the admin team will discuss what needs to be added and changed.
As there is a variety of rules, i am making this thread so the whole community can suggest rules that need to be added/changed.

In my opinion dead players shouldn't be allowed to say any information about alive players even if they were the ones who tagged them or it is "where I last saw him". Also for the telecamping matter I think that it shouldn't matter if the person has shot or how far they have moved but instead the time after they have teleported to determine whether or not you can kill them. Positioning yourself so you can just not see the tele (eg. windows to T spawn on surf_dust2_2014_v2_overcore) shouldn't be allowed too and should be treated like telecamping. I think that if you are running from a tele as fast as you can then it is not telecamping if someone follows you through and you kill them. Standing just behind a wall so you can't see the teleporter and then peeking and killing them when you hear them is telecamping as well. I believe that elevator camping is fine because the person camping elevator doesn't have much more of an advantage over the other players. For jailcamping, if you are able to leave the jail then you should escape as quickly as possible. I believe that positioning yourself to just see the exit of jail shouldn't be allowed either (eg. ladder behind jail on surf_ski_2_go).

^ I also think there should be a rule in respect to the jail camping maps and giving jail camping a pardon on these maps.

If someone follows you threw a tele and expects not to die.. thats a stupid advantage to the person who followed you... dont wait. But if you flying or running away from it and u here them spawn then you should be able to kill them.

Waiting for your jetpack to leave jail is not a valid excuse to be camping jail and should be part of the You have to attempt to leave jail rule.

Should make it so you cant camp teleportor and gunroom since some maps it is impossible to avoid like utopia and legends.
