Hey are we able to get !knife on the surf deathmatch server as well because i noticed that the "combat server" has it but not any other server?

Not likely. Surf FFA has a very limited playerbase which are only active on the server, (i.e not forums or teamspeak) so we don't see it being worth risking multiple token bans for that, especially since we will be most likely changing it soon.
