Inexperienced CT's - stu - 12-11-2016
I know this is already implemented but I am so annoyed when they still can't warden. I'm thinking adding another 100-300 Minutes of game time needed to become ct.

There are some CT's that have high ct playtime, but are still not familiar with the rules and horrid at being a ct. Increasing the play time needed to ct may benefit the experience on the guard team, but only to a certain extent.

meh, imo the only way you can truly learn how to CT is to actually CT. Before I first hopped on CT I tried to simply watch them on T for as long as possible but when I got the guts to go onto CT I was trash. Got warned quite a bit but I got better, you just have to give them time really. Teach them, don't scream at them
