It seems I can't rep people now but other people can?
I'm thinking it's maybe because of the ban I had recently on the forums and I got unbanned?
Idk but now there's no "Rate" button on the users profile.

Forgotten Did some cleanup. You are part of the 'member' group so you should be able to give out rep. Try again maybe?

Hmm wait 2 more days to see if it auto resolves. If not i'll have to replicate it on a testuser and etc. I'll probs do that this weekend. Let me know via PM if it eventually fixes itself, or just remind me this Friday/Saturday again if not.
