first i got banne for 1 week as you know then i tried joining on my other account then i got banned for 2 weeks and my main accounts ban got expired then CONSOLE bans me for 4 weeks

The way Source Sleuth works is if it sees someone with an IP that is banned, it automatically blocks & bans the account and doubles the length of the ban time from the original account. So even though your main was unbanned your smurf wasn't, hence 4 weeks. I'll reduce the ban back to two weeks because you tried to evade it in the first place.
