Delai Lama gunspam. - n8 - 15-12-2016
Gun spammed, so i banned for 500 minutes (8h, 20min) as it was the first number that came to my mind.
tick : 87,000 - spams as many guns as possible, i was watching him, to see if it was a mistake and not purposely gun spamming, it clearly was not. Someone then said "delai is gun spaming", and he tried to act like he wasn't.
Since has been upped.

can confirm that he has done this a lot, both delai and milfsplitter(he changes names frequently) have been seen gun spamming on peanut before

Very abusive, toxic behavior, mic spams, talks over warden 24/7, and I saw him once attempting to gun spam but I notified him not to and then he stopped. Can confirm.

I'de just like to add to this, his other account, was perm banned off invex, this account he uses now was ct perm-banned (unbanned a few days ago), this shows me his behaviour hasn't changed. Honestly a toxic and negative person on our servers. Can we keep the ban as perm?

First, it was gun spamming on purpose, but only for a short time and I wasn't trying to lag the server. Second, I thought only witnesses were allowed to comment on abuse reports, or is everyone allowed to throw their 2 cents in on every abuse report that is submitted?

Reviewed the demo. In armoury, spams a few pistols before looking left/right at two dispensers really quickly over 2-3 seconds to gun spam. Stopped as soon as somebody said 'Someone is gun spamming', after which you walk out of armoury saying you weren't gun spamming.
Gun spamming can lead to server crashes and will be dealt with harshly, regardless of if you spammed 15 guns or 200. Just don't do it.
Waiting for some evidence from n8 before deciding final punishment.

What is his other account? I am aware of the CT ban. However, if his other account is perma banned, this account should also be perma banned.

Doesn't matter, will lead to same punishment. People are allowed to comment to confirm they saw it/have seen it in the past.

What other evidence do you need Byte? I can go through a few demo's and post ticks of him being extremely abusive, mic-spamming, talking over warden and nitpicking.

Both of them are banned and have been banned on invex.

Banned for "duplicate acc"?
Banned for advertising

Gunspamming.
So he was perm'd on STEAM_0:1:109958951, then 8 months later (yesterday) STEAM_1:0:12573678.
Is this classified as ban evading, due to him being perm'd on one acc and joining back on another?
