Rules that were broken:
Cells were not opened by 12:00
Mass Freekilling
Refusing to slay even though numerous people asked him to slay.
IF I HAVE MISSED ANY EVIDENCE OUT JUST LET ME KNOW AS I WILL PROVIDE WHAT IS NEEDED
Overall, pretty sick of inexperienced CT's attempting to take the position without fully understanding the rules. We REALLY need active admins so shit like this doesn't happen almost every game.

Can confirm he did give orders but cells opened at 11:58 so he killed everyone that was roaming around

TedTheBear clearly does not know how to CT well.
In the 3 rounds I watched issues I noticed:
- Cells opened at 11:58 making it a freeday but he killed anyone that moved
- Baited a T by crouching near them and facing away
- Abusive towards others trying to inform him of rule
- Shot into group (stacked) killing wrong person, never slays himself for this even after CT's tell him he killed wrong person
- Leaves warden and other CT's to do random things on map
Potential is there for a good warden but a CT ban is needed.
I feel like 6 hours is enough.
