Masta's Jail Break Admin Application:
TLDR: I may not be the best candidate though I have admin experience on 1v1 and surf, have a pretty good understanding of the rules and I have gotten past any disputes (except of course the ones that would actually help the server
)So recently I have been having a whole lot of fun playing on the JB server though have noticed quite a few rule breakers and would like to dish out punishments instead of going through the rigmarole of finding tick's in demos and posting a report. I would also like to generally help out either on the forums (n8 ~thread closed~) or moderating the server. I try and be as nice as possible to new comers and am generally not NAZI. Sure I do get into a few disputes and stuff regarding some rules though I have pretty much gotten past that and am on the straight and narrow. Another plus I suppose is my previous experience admining on both 1v1 and Surf, I have been an admin on surf for 5 months an admin on 1v1 for 1 month (didn't check just made a guess btw).
Splitting my time (at least on the holidays) won't be too much of a problem because I have so much of it however even during school I think i'll manage just fine on the weekends and will try to cycle between the servers during the week days.

-1, I don't really feel as you possess the admin qualities needed. You need to work on not micspamming / nitpicking. I also believe you need to be a bit more active.

+1, is obviously admin on two other servers for a good reason, the only thing I can say you would need to work on more is activity, but then you are quite active on the other two server groups you are admin on (Surf/Aim) which makes me believe that you would be more active on Jailbreak when necessary. + You clearly know the rules, from what I've seen anywho.

-1. Don't feel like you have a good understanding of the rules. Also as n8 said, think you need to work on maturity as well as the occasional screaming into mic and nitpicking.

Jailbreak is a frustrating game most of the time, inexperienced CT's, freekilling at least once per map change, etc.
I believe you just need to learn to control your reaction to when you get killed and it gets a bit cancerous sometimes.
However, as Razor said you're admin on 2 other servers for a reason, as you know how to deal with rule breakers, etc, it's just your reaction to somethings need a little improvement :p
