Guards - asriel - 29-12-2016
So the warden would do !promote and a menu will pop up then they will select a person they trust and they will become chief.
The chief can command other CTs other than the warden and if the warden dies they will become the next warden.
Thoughts?

yea -1 but it could fix the whole after the warden dies everyone runs,
the chief could say if the warden dies all t's button freeze n face your feet.
