Downloading Fail - Byte - 31-12-2016
The download/precache plugin we have is messing up and failing to precache some files.
Namely, the particle trail files recently added to Surf.
A fix is being tested right now.
Masta as this is affecting you, can you now try to join Combat Surf and see if all of the 'Particle Trails' are working?

Alright so the issue was that we were using sm_downloader: https://forums.alliedmods.net/showthread.php?p=602270
And it has been crashing ever since a particular CSGO update.
I couldn't quickly find the issue so I just wrote a neater plugin that does the same thing called 'EasyDownloader'.
It seems to be working well! I will probably release it on AlliedModders soon as well.
This issue has been occurring since August and will have caused certain issues on Surf/Jailbreak including invisible skins issue/invisible trails.
