I've seen a !pk plugin before where you could have stattrak skins (also a good idea) so I assume souvenir would work, +1.
Although I'm not too sure about the stickers, it may be cool to have but idk how hard that side of it would be to implement with all the placing and shit, if it's not too much work I'm a +1 on this too.
