Thanks for the report @"Cpt. Magikarp".
He smirked as he placed the beam which implies it was intentional, he then left to avoid any sort of punishment.
He has also been CT banned for mass freekilling in the past month.
For these reasons, a lengthy 1440 minute CT ban will be issues (which can possible be reduced via an unban request).
