i was there and he also mic spams later on during the round around 7/8 and told him to shut up

Please don't make abuse reports like this.
Its not excessive, yes there was spam but it was typical (screaming into mic lasted 1 second).
No one asked for him to stop then etc and he was dead.
The typical punishment for this is a 15 minute mute when an admin is on.
Abuse reports for mic spam should also happen if its extreme (i.e. player spamming loud music non stop/hot micing intentionally) or if it repeats very very often in which case, admins will probably know about it.
The admin team have concluded that this is NOT abuse.
No further action will be taken.
