It looks like a new player.
The player did stop (eventually) after it became clear they couldn't pick up guns.
Still oddly looks intentional but this time only a warning will be issued (no ban).
This will be considered in future abuse reports.
The admin team have concluded that this is abuse and will now take the appropriate course of action.
