You've already been banned for 3 days. Punishments normally increase as more offences occur. I think you should just wait this out.

You were mass mic spamming along with others making it really chaotic.
It becomes frustrating for admins to deal with.
You already have a 1 day ban for mic spamming, be happy it wasn't a 3 month ban because your next ban will be.
