I think moderators could be useful. Those with limited functions like votekick and votemute that are decided via votes so as to limit abuse.

Hmm its a pretty decent idea but id rather just have admins online most of the time.
We currently have 2 Global admins and 2 server admins. I am looking into adding maybe 1-2 more admins that are active.

This should no longer be an issue. Our 'moderators' are our Server Admins. Thanks though!
