Ban Ownaj - MillionsOfPeach - 28-01-2017
The major issue was that a warden gave false orders "Take one step out of your cells, one step in, one step out, one step in" and his microphone cut out. At least 5 other people asked for repeats, and a repeat was given yet the microphone was cut out once more. Ownaj then proceeds to start shooting people, despite everyone telling him not to, and that it's freekilling. Despite this he still continues shooting people and mass freekills about 5 of us, refusing to slay despite being told to. Throughout the demo he constantly abused other players as well, using vile language as well as talking in an unclear fake accent that forgotten literally had to tell him to stop using.
The Logs:
Tick 12600 - Starts using fake accent
Tick 13800 - Someone asks him to use his real voice, he then proceeds to tell them to kill themselves
Tick 21942 - Told Paul to fuck up and called him a virgin
27000 - still using annoying fake accent despite being told to stop
33758 - Called Collecter a cancer little kid who's only here because lonely and continued to abuse collector through out
37600 - mic spams, screams out fuck up loser, continues to abuse collector saying "can you tell collector to fuck off"
60924 - literally gun plants by dropping his gun to a t when the cells open and baits the player
62463 - freewounds frost
64952 - abuses collector by calling him a homo saying he's only here because he can't get admin elsewhere
66780 - another ct gives an unclear order and shoots a group of people, ownaj lectures him on this stating a repeat is needed if the orders unclear, which makes the fact that when he actually freekills people with unclear orders seem very intentional, he has no excuse to have killed them whatsoever
70486 - As soon as I log into the server he says "peaches is a gay cunt I'll finger his butt hole" Then says to someone fuck you cunt
75000 - Says fuck you cunt lr
--By this point I'm sick of watching him abusing everyone and fast forward--
133409 - impersonates and admin and threatens to ban the warden if they don't do one in the chamber
134267 - WHERE THE MAJOR FREE KILLING INCIDENT HAPPENS, and he mass free kills people
Ownaj knows better, as an ex admin, he should not be constantly abusing everyone. This was literally taken from 1 round. He also clearly demonstrates knowledge about clear orders lecturing a ct about shooting ts with unclear orders yet does it a few rounds himself after.

Ok, yeah I saw multiple reports saying he was freekilling, but I couldn't tell what was happening because of the miscommunication of the CT's and just confusion in general.
The warden said "Take one step out, one step in" and maybe something after that, I don't know, HOWEVER; I didn't chose to slay him because I honestly had no fucking idea what was going on, the warden's mic kept on cutting so I just swapped him, and people were talking over each other.
Honestly, the whole free killing 2 people thing was just a big miscommunication to the CT's, and that's what caused all the commotion, I really couldn't tell if it was a free kill or not.
As for the collector shit, I think he was joking most of the time and friendly teasing.
About the fake accent I told him to stop which he did after so I think that's fine.
Just my side of the story.

He definitely wasn't joking with any of the abuse, I strongly suggest watching the demo. As for the free-killing it wasn't 2 people it was like 5.

It doesn't matter the circumstance of the freekill, freekilling is freekilling and is punishable by a slay and/or warn if needed, and you failed to do this, not only did you do nothing, you claimed you didn't even know it happened.
And the abuse definitely didn't sound like he was joking.

Ok, yeah that's not what I meant, I meant the reports coming in from admin chat, poor writing by me sorry.
All I heard was "Ownaj freekilled", warden's mic fucking up so I swapped him, getting multiple steam messages at the time, and 2 kills from Ownaj which may have been freekilled, which seemed like a big miscommunication of the CT's.
R9: ADMINS may not be able to do anything about a dispute if they did not see it happen. Make an abuse report (with evidence) on the forums if this is the case.
I was also trying to tell CT's to go warden since none of them noticed I swapped the warden.
Side note, you didn't even add anything to the report, but instead you wrote a reply to just criticize me, this is pretty poor coming from an ex admin, and here I am here now trying to explain myself from your smart ass comment.

in the moment there was heaps of mic spam and miscommunication, there's only a capable length that Forgotten can extent his power to, not only is Forgotten learning but he's being put under a heap of pressure aswell, so give him a break yeah?
EDIT: And if he's going to learn and to get better, making him feel bad about himself isn't the way, use constructive criticism, I'm sure during the time when you were admin, there were endeavours that sprouted controversial arguments, but just know that he's learning, just like you did..

I reviewed the demo. Ownaj i'm pretty sure everyone is sick of your attitude towards any person of the community, maybe just tone it done a bit e.g calling people bitch every single second, i.e telling people to fuck up constantly. You will be receiving a 30% forum warning for minor harassment and just causing trouble in general. We are all tired of your loud abusive kind of tone. Yeah most of time you are joking but it just gets annoying. ALso please note you have many forum warnings and yes they have gone away over time but be aware if this continues you will receive bans.
