Maximum Voteevents Per Person Each Map - Muffin - 31-01-2017
So recently ive noticed alot more vips which is good
but ive also noticed voteevents just about every second round which can get a little annoying, so me and Seth where thinking about a rule of maybe, 2 vote events per person each map and a cool down between each vote event like 4 or more rounds so its not constantly spammed.just a suggestion

-1 I like the fact that the rounds get changed up a bit but its annoying that its always FFA there should be a ban on recently selected !voteevent rounds instead.
