I think this is a problem for you, the reflection is of peanut and maybe something is wrong with your game files

Lol so I'm pretty sure this is how it works, so u were playing peanut before u were playing surf than on the surf map the water most of the time glitches. It happens a lot of times can make bright coloured water, maps and more.
I've seen things like this but tbh doesn't need a change
