Yuri sometimes its just the skin. Other then that i don't really know!

That player model isn't supported I don't think, so it shows the cap at it's feet. It's a bit like the awp showing up at some player model feet because they don't support it.

I think its just some player skins, happens to me on jb with the John cena skin.

Hey Yuri, every player model has a 'facemask' attachment where the hats/masks hook up to.
Some player models are completely missing this which makes it show up at their feet, others have it in the wrong spots.
Its not a bug with the hats themselves.
I've been going through some player models to fix them one by one (right now focusing mainly on hitboxes).
