Hello Invex Community
On the seventh of March 2017, I was banned from Invex Gaming Combat Surf for the reason of ‘sook’ after making a remark to Tick that was only meant to be humorous and not taken seriously.
My remark was “Hello Tickery” in voice chat and the reset was Tick in all chat making remarks towards me with me responding with “nope xd”

Why should I be unbanned? Hmmm, I didn’t do anything wrong, didn’t break any rules that would ever result in a permanent ban or even come anywhere close. Tick took the remark in the wrong way and thought I was having a sledge at him when it was just some "Friendly Banter". Tick was ignorant to the fact that even though the remark I have inflicted an emotional response from him that it was no necessary to permanently ban me or even give me a ban. Yes I’m from a different server, but even when I was on I never said anything about it or created problems for the admins. You can ask llynxx, n8, Forgotten and another admin that was on when I was on Jailbreak.
Yes my other Unban Request was denied because I didn’t do it and then Tick changed the reason to “Came on TeamSpeak causing drama and talking shit about the invex community” Mind you I have never done this, I never went on Invex or Invex TeamSpeak and said “KZG Is good” “Invex is trash”
Never said anything like that, I have only spoken to Tick once and he was rude towards me so I left.
Other times I have been on your Teamspeak was to speak to n8 and no one else.

Myself and Ec1ipse came to your teamspeak to tell you that one of your members was coming onto *** and screaming into his mic. Tick and Brandonn both laughed and told us to fuck off. From what I can remember n8 and Forgotten were both there while Tick sat there and called Ec1ipse a fucking idiot and a spastic.
Considering that the ban reason was for being a troll on teamspeak, the ban is pretty stupid. Myself and Ec1ipse have tried multiple times to create a healthy relationship between our community and yours. How are we supposed to help each other out (When you guys clearly need donations etc.) when your highest ranked staff aren't willing to have a mature and happy conversation.
My intention was not to create drama by this but to put my input into the appeal. Cheers

I agree that BOTH sides got a little out of hand and BOTH sides were provoking each other in a way (taking about the teamspeak arguement here). I just wish both communities were good with each other, but I can never see that happening with disputes like this.

Ec1ipse Forum account has been banned due to posting on other things such as shoutbox after being warned not too. Account will be unban if questions need to be answer or too see the verdict of the unban request.

Thrasher You obviously just came here to talk shit to our community and cause drama. Now you will be banned if you come back after it expires and do it again, it will upped to permenant.

Ec1ipse Your original ban was for "Came on teamspeak causing drama" i.e "INVEX IS TRASH"
This ban will continue to be permanent.
Also your forum account will now be banned for 3 months and once its completed we happy for you to make another request.
