Hey, I noticed the shadow daggers and the space helmet kinda sits below the player models feet when you're in third person on combat surf. Don't know if it's only for the space helmet/shadow daggers or if it's only on specific player models.

There is already a thread open about this issue:

Its the player model thats broken not the hat or any thing else.
I slowly fix them one by one but its a time consuming process.
Some of the worst offenders have been fixed.
Closing this thread, use other one to report broken ones.
