You have to sync demos before looking for them.
The map has to be completed or the demo will be corrupt.
This is why you got the wrong demo, right one is:

After the DDOS threat he immediately said 'just joking' in chat.
Also the mic spam could have been solved with a simple mute/gag.
The 1 day ban is already enough punishment.
The admin team have concluded that this is abuse and will now take the appropriate course of action.
