On about 2:30 first round of Combat Surf I play i go into prison I kill someone that comes in it was the admin. He slayed me without warning straight up. I ask why did I get slayed he responded saying "prison camping". someone else says that "I should have just gotten a warning first not a slay" I had no clue who slayed me at the time and I just carried on. Next round I died and I see in spectate the same thing happen and that guy didnt get a warning at all or a slay. I turn on my mic to say that he did it and why didnt he get slayed. the admin says I didnt see and I say why arnt you in spectate if you are the only admin to watch the game. after this I was telling him that he was a bad admin I also mention that this server was a kind of dead. We start arguing more while I was saying some things a few people were arguing with me that paid admin ship is bad. (I never said the server was bad I only said it was a bit dead". Server changes map now he never makes any attempt to warn me or anything and he as an admin should not be retaliating in a way that he is but moving on. Map changes nothing really happened then after a while he says "servers so dead isnt it" in a very annoying tone. I start criticizing him that he doesent understand what Prime Time means. More arguing happens and still no warning or anything he just keeps retaliating. after a while he starts saying "are you from new Zealand?" I respond "What has that got to do with anything" he resonds saying "because you sound like and idiot and I cant understand anything" (Im not new Zealand but i don't stand for this especially from an admin) "I tell him that is a bad thing to say" while people are still agreeing with me he goes quite then... my game freezes and im banned from invex. I love the server but couldn't believe that they would let and admin that bad in.
Conclusion
Anyway my final say is that I got banned with no warning while arguing with the admin for him being rude, intolerant and not understanding that basics of running servers.

Ok, CorbinH can confirm this, peace was sitting in jail and as soon as i came through the tele he killed me, so i slayed him. Then he started complaining how it wasnt a jailcamp and then someone supposedly telecamped him and he was also complaining about he wasnt being slayed for (i didnt see it happen). Then the map changes and he was just saying how the server was dead multiple times and then you joined in with it and also then started abusing me so then i handed both of you 60 minute bans. Then afterwards SCHOL_SHOOTER started abusing as well so i silenced him for a bit
And also i asked if you lived in New Zealand because you said it was 6pm and i was wondering if you were from New Zeland. And at no point did "because you sound like and idiot and I cant understand anything" so dont make up shit when their is video evidence of it, it makes yourself look dumb

Lol. Funny thats not the reason im complaing its the reason that you banned me and the other guy without warning. simply just banning us without warning or mute is so wrong...
