There has been a lot of confusion with the new lego jail and when you walk on the monoply the highlights get removed so a lot of people disobey and run away because there is "no warden" becuase he isn't blue! Can you fix this?

Just because he isn't blue doesn't mean there is "no warden". If players try running away using that statement, then they are simply rebelling.
